Refund policy

Not quite right? No problem. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the items.

To initiate a return or exchange, please locate your original order confirmation email and click "View Your Order" to submit a return request directly from your order page. Alternatively, you may contact our team at info@soteriascrubs.com and we will be happy to assist you.

 To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the full item amount on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@soteriascrubs.com.
